Flat Polishing

For exceptional flatness and surface quality, we use in-house CP (continuous polishing) and DP (double-side polishing).   Our continuous polishing consists of the highest quality pitch with customized ring laps under temperature and air controlled environment.  We have over 15 years of experienced technicians who allow for Lambda/10 – Lambda/20 @ 633nm for outer diameter up to 17″.  Double-side polishing also consists of customized ring laps that allow Lambda/10 @ 633nm for plane parallel up to 1-second wedge on diameter up to 5″.
